Telegram Desktop → open the chat → ⋮ → Export chat history → JSON. Telegram makes you wait 24 hours the first time; that one's theirs, not ours.

Parsed and counted on the main thread of this tab. The raw conversation never crosses the network. When you're signed in, only the finished numerical analysis is saved.

Additional AI insights are opt-in
Unlocking AI insights temporarily uploads the raw export to an encrypted private storage, then sends a sampled corpus to OpenAI. The raw export is deleted after processing; the saved report may retain the insights and exact quotes used as evidence.
